I love bright sparkly nails, and this does not disappoint. I started with a black cream, layered a coat of Wet and Wild Back Alley Deals from the Ice baby collection. Then I added one coat of Finger Paints Asylum. The larger fuchsia from BAD sticks out the most with Asylum's blue flakes giving a nice addition. My photos do not do it justice, but it is gorgeous.
